T-shirts, pads, and reports

We've been busy preparing for our first anniversary... acquiring T-shirts, notepads, posters, and finalising our annual report. When you are self-funded, in other words the only money you have to spend is the money you generate, there are a lot of things to think about... How best to keep people's interest? What experiences and things can be offered that other's might wish to buy? Who can be involved to make sure City of Poets is answerable to those poets who have registered? All of this is up for discussion on Sunday June 11, between 3pm and 5pm, at The Wee Retreat. https://www.theweeretreat.co.uk/ Of course there is one compensation when no one funds you... You can do what you like, provided you can afford it!
