Helen Ross worked for 25 years in the Trades Union world specifically for the TGWU, now called Unite, and since 2011 has been a widow. living alone in London. A poet, Helen has written many many poems about life in Glasgow when younger and a working class childhood in the South Side and East End of Glasgow.
