Jordan began writing poetry as a teenager, keeping it mostly private until August 2023. She recently completed Kevin P. Gildays' workshop series The Verse Foundry, and performed at the showcase in April 2024. "Poetry is very therapeutic for me and continues to help me process being a person. I have yet to be published but I hope to change that soon."
