Matthew Keeley

About

Matthew Keeley taught English in secondary schools for fifteen years and is a freelance creative writing tutor. He writes in various forms and has had poetry published by Dreich, and Pushing Out the Boat, as well as various online magazines. In 2022, he won the Theresa O'Hare Poetry Prize for his poem Volcano. He has headlined Open Mic events, the Balloch Open Mic, and Forum+ Incite! . He is also a member of the Strathkelvin Writers Group.
